Donald's trump double game ? -- strategy or showdown of donald trump?
US President Donald Trump has made a big announcement amid the ongoing conflict with Iran. Trump has said that the US will not attack Iran's energy infrastructure and oil facilities for the next 10 days. According to Trump, talks are underway and there is a chance for peace. However, amid these peace talks, the US is also planning to increase its military strength in the Middle East.

The aim behind this strategy is to provide Trump with more military options, even as he talks about peace from above. It is worth noting that similar negotiations were underway when the US and Israel jointly attacked Iran on February 28, during which 40 top commanders, including Supreme Leader Khamenei, were killed.
Operation Epic Fury: Use of Drone Speedboats
The Pentagon has officially confirmed that the US has begun using unmanned drone speedboats in its operations against Iran. This is the first time that the US has admitted to using such boats in an ongoing war. These drone boats are mainly used for surveillance, but are also capable of attacking if necessary. The Pentagon has named the entire mission “Operation Epic Fury”.
The growing role of naval drones
Drone boats have become increasingly important since they caused major damage to Russia's Black Sea Fleet in the Ukraine-Russia war. Iran has also attacked oil tankers in the Gulf with naval drones in the last month. These US drone boats, called 'GARC', are made by Maryland-based Blacksea. Currently, these boats are being used only for patrolling, Pentagon spokesman Tim Hawkins said.
Talks or warnings?
On one hand, Trump is offering Iran a 10-day pause to the negotiating table, while on the other hand, he is also putting pressure by deploying more troops and high-tech drone boats. Iran has also made it clear that no one can give them an ultimatum. Now it remains to be seen whether peace is established in West Asia after this 10-day pause or a major military conflict breaks out once again.
